Manage your contracts in bulk

How to move, edit, send for signature or delete multiple contracts in just one click?

Updated today

Bulk Contracts Selection

In the repository and filtered views, each contract has a checkbox allowing selection or deselection individually.

To select all displayed contracts at once, use the checkbox in the first column header.

Once a contract is selected, a toolbar appears at the bottom of the screen, offering bulk actions :

Bulk contract editing

The "Edit" option allows you to update multiple details:

  • Smart fields

  • Associated type of contract

  • Counterparty name

  • Participants

Changing a field replaces its value for all selected contracts.

Adding participants does not remove existing ones but adds them to all selected contracts.

Bulk Contract Signature Sending

Before sending contracts for signature, ensure:

  • All smart fields in the document are filled.

  • The document has at least one signature area.

  • All signers are defined.

Bulk signature sending is available only with Tomorro signature.

  • Click "Send" in the bottom toolbar.

  • Add a note to accompany the signature email.

  • Enable automatic signature reminders (every 5 days) if needed.

If approval is required, the approval workflow will trigger before sending.

Once sent, contracts appear under "Ongoing Negotiations" in "Pending Signature."

Bulk contract move

The "Move" option allows relocating multiple contracts simultaneously.

  • Select contracts to move.

  • Click "Move" in the toolbar.

  • Choose the new location.

  • Confirm the action.

Only administrators and participants can move contracts. If unauthorized, a notification will appear.

Bulk contract Deletion

The "Delete" option allows quickly removing multiple contracts.

  • Select contracts to delete.

  • Click "Delete" in the toolbar.

  • Confirm the action.

Only administrators, internal contacts, and contract managers can delete contracts. Unauthorized users will receive a notification.
