Tomorro allows you to download multiple signed contracts in a single compressed file (ZIP).
Only the contracts you have access to are included in the download.
Access bulk download
You can download signed contracts from:
a filtered view (e.g.: signed contracts)
the repository (administrators only)
The download includes only the contracts visible in the space being used.
Download signed contracts
To download multiple signed contracts:
Go to a view or a folder in the repository
Select the contracts using the checkboxes (or select all)
Two options are available:
Download via the Download button
Click Download in the action bar
The ZIP file is generated automatically
Download via Export (ZIP)
Click Export Contracts in the top right corner
Select Export signed contracts (ZIP format)
A ZIP archive is generated. You will receive an email with a download link as soon as the file is ready.
⚠️ The download link is valid for 7 days. After this period, you will need to restart the export.
Understand the file contents
Each contract is exported as a folder containing:
the signed contract (PDF)
the associated signed attached files
⚠️ The repository folder structure is not preserved in the exported file.
Understand access rights
Administrator: can download from a view or the repository
User: can only download from a filtered view, for contracts they have access to or in which they participate
Good to know
Only signed contracts can be downloaded in bulk
This download does not include data (Excel)
The download includes only the contracts visible in the view or folder being used
