Tomorro allows you to export your contract data in Excel format from a filtered view or from the repository.
This feature is available for PRO, SCALE and ENTERPRISE plans only.
Access the export
You can export your contracts from:
A filtered view (all)
The repository (administrators only)
The export includes only the contracts visible in the space being used.
For example, you can:
export contracts expiring or renewing soon from a filtered view
create a filtered view to export only specific contracts (e.g.: Contract type = NDA)
Filtering contracts before exporting allows you to select only the ones you want to export.
Export the data
To export your contract data:
Go to a view or a folder in the repository
Select the contracts using the checkboxes (or select all)
⚠️ From a filtered view, the export includes all contracts in the view, regardless of checkbox selection. Manual selection only works from a folder or the repository.
Click on the ⋯ menu in the top right corner
Select Export Contracts
Choose Excel File (.xlsx)
The file is then generated and downloaded.
Understand the file contents
The Excel export contains:
smart fields
counterparty information
statuses
key dates (signature, renewal, notice period)
contract metadata (ID, name, type, category, creator, etc.)
⚠️ The document content is not included in this Excel export.
Understand access rights
Administrator: can export from a view or the repository
User: can only export from a filtered view, for contracts they have access to or for which they are a participant.
Viewer: does not have access to the Excel export.
Good to know
The export includes only the contracts visible in the view or folder being used
From a filtered view, checkbox selection is not taken into account: all contracts in the view are exported
Exporting from the repository is available for administrators only
Exporting from a folder does not include contracts from subfolders: only contracts at the current level are exported
This export only includes contract data
