Tomorro allows you to generate contracts in bulk via an Excel file, then select them to send for signature directly from the repository.
This feature is only available with Tomorro's native signature.
Create new contracts in bulk
Before sending your contracts in bulk for signature, you will first need to create new contracts in bulk.
Before you start, check the following points:
You have a ready-to-use template (with the correct fields).
The template contains at least one signature zone.
If you want to automatically fill in the counterparty signatory's email address, the template must include a signature zone for the counterparty (otherwise the "Signatory 1" column, highlighted in yellow, will not appear in the Excel file).
Generate a filtered view
Once the contracts have been successfully created via the Excel file import, a filtered view will be automatically generated to facilitate access and review of the contracts — you can rename it.
The filtered view will be automatically created under the name: Bulk generation - DD Month. Year Time.
Send for signature
Go to the filtered view that was created.
Select all contracts to be sent in bulk.
In the action bar at the bottom, click Send.
Add a note if needed.
Click Send for signature.
Before sending for signature, make sure that:
The document fields are completed.
The document contains at least one signature zone.
The signatories are defined.
Key points to remember
Bulk generation is done via an Excel file: 1 row = 1 contract.
The "Signatory 1" column only appears if a counterparty signature zone is configured on the template (in yellow).
Once the contracts are created, you can send them for signature in bulk directly from the repository.
