To create contracts in multiple languages from the same contract type, repeat the process by downloading one Excel file per language.
Start a new contract
To generate contracts in bulk, click on the “+ New contract” button, then select “Start a contract”.
Select the contract type for which you want to generate multiple contracts.
Once in the contract configuration page, click on the “Generate multiple contracts” button.
Finally, click on “Download the contract type” Excel file that appears.
Fill Out the Excel Template with Required Information
After clicking "Download the contract type," Tomorro will generate an Excel file for you to fill out. This file allows you to input the necessary information for contract generation.
Do not change the column order or rename them.
The Excel file contains the following columns:
Mandatory fields for generation, highlighted in orange with an asterisk.
Counterparty = name of the contracting party
Column Contract Name = You must enter the name of the contract that will be created on Tomorro. This will override the naming convention possibly configured on Tomorro, at the model level.
Fields related to the contracting party, highlighted in yellow.
Signer 1: contracting party's signer (email address)
You don’t see this column? Make sure that a signature field has been added to your template for the counterparty.
Additional fields created on the platform, highlighted in white (optional).
Fill out only the ones you need!
One completed row = one generated contract.
Bulk contract generation
Once the Excel file is filled, you can re-import it in Step 2.
Click "Import the contract type."
When contract creation is successful, a filtered view will be automatically generated to facilitate contract access and review. You can rename this view as needed.
Generated contracts are created with the status "In Preparation."
If the generation fails, Tomorro will provide a list of errors along with the corresponding rows and the cause of each error.
After correcting these errors, simply re-import the corrected file to generate the contracts successfully.
