To create contracts in multiple languages from the same contract type, repeat the process by downloading one Excel file per language.
Start a new contract
To create your contracts in bulk:
Click on + New contract
Select the option Start a contract
Select the contract type for which you want to generate multiple contracts.
In the configuration, click on Generate multiple contracts
Click on Download the contract type (Excel)
Fill out the Excel file with the required information
Once the file is downloaded, Tomorro generates an Excel file to complete.
⚠️ It is important to not modify the order of columns or their names.
In this Excel file, you will find:
The mandatory fields for generation (in orange with an asterisk)
Counterparty = name of the counterparty
Column Contract name = name of the contract that will be created in Tomorro (this overrides the automatic naming convention of the contract type).
The fields on the counterparty side, highlighted in yellow
Signer 1: signer on the counterparty side (email address)
Don't see this column? Make sure a signature area has been added to your contract type.
The other smart fields (in white, not mandatory): Only fill in the necessary fields
One filled row = one generated contract.
Generate contracts in bulk
Once the Excel file is filled out:
Click on Import the template
Import the completed file
Access generated contracts
Once creation is successful:
a filtered view is automatically generated
it allows you to quickly access the created contracts
you can rename it
Generated contracts are created with the status "Draft".
If generation cannot be completed, Tomorro will display the list of errors and the corresponding rows with the error source.
Manage errors
If some rows cannot be generated:
Tomorro displays the list of errors
the affected rows are identified with the error source
After correction, simply re-import the file.
