This feature is reserved for administrators.
To get started, go to the Counterparties tab in your Tomorro interface.
Once on this page, click on the + Import button at the top right.
Step 1: Download and fill in the Excel template
Click on Download template (Excel file).
💡 Good to know
If you stop at this step, downloading the template also allows you to retrieve all the data currently stored for your counterparties in Tomorro.
This can be useful to export your existing data, analyze it, or update it before running a new import.
Open the downloaded Excel file.
Fill in the template with your co-contractors’ information:
Name
Address
Role/Position
Other relevant information
Step 2: Import the completed template
Return to the Counterparties tab.
Click again on the + Import button.
Select the completed Excel file.
Confirm the import.
Import Errors:
Unrecognized file: Make sure your file is in Excel format and follows the structure of the provided template.
Import error: If errors occur during import, check that all required columns are filled in and that the data is in the correct format.
Important Information:
Overwriting data: If you’ve already entered information about a co-contractor and update it in the Excel file, the existing data in Tomorro will be overwritten and replaced with the new values.
Existing co-contractors: If a counterparty is not included in the Excel file but already exists in Tomorro, it will not be deleted. It will simply be ignored and remain unchanged during the import.
By following these steps, you’ll be able to efficiently import your counterparties into Tomorro.
