PREREQUISITES: Before importing your contracts, make sure you have:
Created your contract templates (documents are not necessarily required).
Created your smart fields (values to track for each contract).
From the contract library or a filtered view, click on "..." in the top right corner, then select "Import Projects."
Import Signed Contracts + Associated Data
All contracts and related information (dates, renewal, notice period, etc.) are imported along with the PDF files.
Import Contract Data Only
Signed PDFs can be added manually later if needed.
Import signed PDFs and contract information in bulk
Select "Mass upload of signed files."
Upload the PDF files of your contracts.
The number of files loaded will be displayed in the window.
Download the automatically generated Excel template.
Guidelines for Completing the Excel Document
Leave unknown fields empty (do not enter "0").
Verify formats (text for names, date for dates, number for numerical values).
Maintain the Excel structure: each row corresponds to a contract.a contract.
The first column contains the names of the PDF contracts uploaded in the previous step.
Do not delete or modify these document names, otherwise, the contract information and PDF files will not be correctly linked.
Do not move or rename the files on your computer, drive, or server, as Tomorro will no longer recognize them.
Fill in the Excel sheet with the following information:
Contract Name
Counterparty (name of the co-contracting party)
Status (DRAFT, NEGOTIATING, SIGNING, SIGNED)
from the dropdown list
Template (predefined contract type)
from the dropdown list
Dates (start, end, signature)
in the format DD/MM/YYYY
Notice Period (value and unit: days/months)
if there is no notice period, leave the cell empty
Renewal (TACIT or NO) and Renewal Duration
from the dropdown list
Smart Fields
Make sure to respect the field type (date, selector, number, etc.)
Download the completed Excel file in
.xls
format.Import the file by clicking "Import Completed File."
Verify the Data.
Click "Continue and import" to validate.
Once the import is complete, the contracts and corresponding information will be organized in your Tomorro contract library according to the folders specified in the Excel column titled "Folder."
Import contract information only
Select "Mass creation of new projects."
Download the automatically generated Excel template.
Fill in the Excel file with the same fields as in Option 1 (without PDFs).
Import the file by clicking "Import Completed File."
Verify the Data.
Click "Confirm and Import" to validate.
All contracts will be created and organized in Tomorro. Signed PDFs can be added later if needed.
