How to sign attachments using Tomorro's native signature?

Updated over 3 months ago

Select the attachments to sign

Once you have clicked on 'Prepare signature', you will be redirected to the preparation page, where you can add the attachments to be signed.

➡️ If attachments have already been added (by an administrator through a template or by yourself during project preparation or negotiation):

  • Click on + Add documents.

  • Select the existing attachments you want to include for signature.

➡️ If no attachments have been added yet:

  • Click on Add documents, then on Import a file to upload the documents to be signed.

Reorder attachments before signing

Once all the documents are added:

  • Drag and drop the files to reorder them as needed.

  • When everything is ready and in the correct order, click Confirm preparation.

Add signature fields

Freely add signature fields to each document.

🔁 Use the up/down arrows to easily navigate between documents.

Validate and send for signature

Once the signers are selected, the fields are added, the signature is customized, and the signing order is set, all you have to do is validate the preparation and send the project for signature.

The files will be automatically attached to the email at the time of sending.

Sign the project and its attachments

The signing process remains unchanged:

All documents within the same project must be signed for the signature to be valid.

Once signed, the entire project is officially validated.
