When you have a document signed with Tomorro's electronic signature, a signature certificate is available.
Where to find the signature certificate
The signature certificate is available once the document has been signed by all signatories. Once document signing is complete, you will find it in the Files section of your contract, accessible from the right-hand toolbar.
The signature certificate is also available in PDF format and can be downloaded, just like the signed document.
What does the Tomorro signature certificate contain?
The Tomorro signature certificate contains and displays the following information:
Document — The name of your contract in Tomorro
Attached files — Attachments present in the signature envelope
Sender — The first name and last name of the person who sent the signature request in Tomorro; the name of the organisation in Tomorro; their email address; the timestamp of the signature request
Signatories — The first name and last name of the signatory or signatories; the name of the organisation; each signatory's email address; the signature timestamp; the signatory's IP address
