For any contract with the status In negotiation or In signature, you have access to a unique and secure sharing link.
A contract in Draft status cannot be shared.
Get the sharing link
The sharing link allows access to the contract only to people you have added as participants.
Access the link
Open the contract.
Click Share in the top right corner.
Copy the sharing link.
The link is also available in the Participants tab, under Sharing settings.
Define settings before sending
Before sending the link, you can configure:
The counterparty’s interface language
The counterparty’s editing rights (view only or edit)
You can then include this link in your email exchanges, even outside of Tomorro.
Understand access conditions
Access to the contract depends on the participant type and their email address.
Access as an internal participant
An internal participant is a member of your organization.
To access the contract, they must:
Be logged into their Tomorro account
Be added as a participant to the contract
If they are not a participant, access will be denied.
Access as an external participant
An external participant is someone who does not have a Tomorro account.
To access the contract, they must:
Be added as a participant to the contract
If this is not the case, they will need to contact the person who shared the link with them in order to be added as a participant.
Use the same email address as the one registered on the contract
If the email address does not match, the user will see an Access denied page.
You can find more information on this topic in this article, which you can share with your counterparty.
