Access to the Tomorro platform is completely free and does not require creating an account.
If your counterparty uses Tomorro for negotiating, reviewing, or signing a contract, here are the steps to access it.
You will receive an email inviting you to access
the review of the contract
the signature of the contract
You will notably find, in the center, the message or instructions added by your counterparty.
To access the contract, click on the "Open" button.
You must then enter the email address at which you received this email
Code
You will receive a 6-digit code at this email address within the following seconds (check your spam folder if necessary)
This code must be entered in the following field
I am not receiving the code
If you do not receive the code within the first few minutes, here are the checks to perform:
Check your spam folder: the code may have been automatically filtered by your email client.
Try a different browser: some ad blockers or extensions may interfere with the authentication process.
Try a private browsing window: this helps eliminate conflicts caused by cookies or extensions installed on your browser.
Contact the contract sender: if the problem persists, ask the person who shared the contract with you via Tomorro to resend the invitation link.
Contact Tomorro support directly: we will be able to help you in real time.
Identity
Enter your first and last name.
If you are a signatory of the document, this will be integrated into the Tomorro electronic signature.
Made a typo in your first or last name? No worries: you can correct it when signing, in the identity fields.
Click on Access the document to gain access to its content.
Troubleshoot an access issue
If you encounter an error when accessing the contract ("Something went wrong" message, blank page, unresponsive button), follow these steps:
These issues are most often caused by an outdated browser (old versions of Safari, Internet Explorer, or Edge).
Check your browser
Tomorro works best on the following browsers:
Google Chrome (recommended)
Mozilla Firefox
Microsoft Edge (latest version)
Safari (latest version)
If you are using an unlisted browser or an older version, update it or try one of the recommended browsers.
Try from another device
If the issue persists after switching browsers:
Try accessing the contract from your smartphone (by clicking the link in the email you received)
Or try from a different computer
