Speed up your negotiations by inviting your counterparty directly to Tomorro.
They benefit from a dedicated, secure, and free negotiation space to collaborate on the contract.
Please note: Tomorro only supports bilateral contracts.
Tripartite or multipartite contracts are not supported.
A contract can therefore include only one counterparty company, with multiple users attached to that company.
Understand what counterparties can do
Once invited to the contract, counterparties can benefit, depending on the rights granted, from the following features:
Invite members of their team
Edit the contract (if permissions are granted)
Add private or public comments
Compare and review documents
Sign electronically
To enable this, the counterparty must first be added to the contract in the Participants section.
Add the counterparty
Open your contract.
Go to the "Participants" section.
Click "Add a participant" under the counterparty's company name and enter their email address.
Until a version is shared with them, they will not be notified or have access to the contract.
If a version has already been shared, any newly added email will automatically receive:
The latest version of the contract
The note included in the version sharing
Remove a counterparty
Open the "Participants" panel.
Click the "..." next to the person you want to remove.
Select "Remove from contract".
