Familiar with Tomorro's AI assistant? Oro, Tomorro's AI, is now an agent: it no longer just answers, the Oro agent acts for you on your contracts, signatures, clauses and playbooks. You keep the decision.
Example: "Create an NDA with Velunor from our template, add Marie Dupont as a signatory and send it for signature"
Before you start
Access requirements:
your plan includes Tomorro's AI features;
Oro is activated in your organization (depending on your plan, this is not always necessary);
your role includes the Use AI permission;
you are a member of the organization: Oro is not available to guests.
Oro only does what your permissions allow you to do in Tomorro. For example, only members authorized to manage playbooks can have Oro edit a playbook. Some actions also depend on your plan: they are flagged in the list below.
📌 To ask Oro your questions, see Use the Oro agent. To activate it, see Oro - Activate the integration.
How it works
Open the chat: click Chat in the left menu. From another page, click the Open chat icon at the top of the page: Oro opens on the right, without leaving the page.
Ask for what you want, in natural language, or click a suggestion such as Create a contract.
Confirm on the card Oro shows you: if you decline it, nothing is done. Actions without a card run directly: specify names, email addresses and the contract.
Click an Oro button in the interface (see From the interface buttons).
Participants and approvals
Oro asks you to confirm before it can:
Approve or reject a contract, if an approval is requested from you;
Oro does it directly:
Add or remove an approver, if the contract type does not have its own approval workflow.
Example: "Add jean.martin@velunor.fr as a guest on this contract"
Create and complete a contract
Oro asks you to confirm before it can:
Create a contract from a template, an attached Word or PDF file, or a draft written by Oro;
Oro does it directly:
Store a signed document: Oro creates a new signed contract from the attached PDF and shows the Contract signed card. With a contract type, all its mandatory fields must be filled in; without a type, the contract remains to be completed in Tomorro.
Example: "Create a SaaS contract from my French template using the attached signed quote"
Draft, edit and negotiate
Oro asks you to confirm before it can:
Edit the contract (no card for simple formatting), including on a selected passage via Ask Oro;
Comment in the contract, reply to, edit or resolve comments;
Oro does it directly:
Draft or annotate a Word document (tracked changes and comments): nothing is changed in your Tomorro contracts;
Draft the email to the counterparty: a draft, nothing is sent.
Examples: "Move the invoicing to 3 months", "Reply to the counterparty's comments" or, on a selected passage, "Make a counter-proposal and justify it in a comment"
Sign
Oro asks you to confirm before it can:
Send for electronic signature with Tomorro (not DocuSign);
Oro does it directly:
Add or remove a signatory (removal as long as the signature has not started);
Sign yourself: on a contract already sent for Tomorro signature, Oro shows the Ready to sign card; Start to sign opens your signature area.
Example: "Add Marie Dupont as a signatory, then send the contract for signature"
Cancel or terminate
Oro asks you to confirm before it can:
Cancel a negotiation (unsigned contract);
Terminate a contract (signed contract).
Example: "Cancel the negotiation of this contract"
Clause library
Oro asks you to confirm before it can:
Update a library clause (Yes, update button);
Translate a clause : Oro suggests the new language on a card (Add language button).
Example: "Save this confidentiality clause to the library"
AI Review and playbooks (depending on your plan)
Oro asks you to confirm before it can:
Apply an AI Review recommendation (Apply recommendation card), on a contract drafted in the Tomorro editor;
Adjust the rephrasing before applying it: Oro edits the contract and then archives the recommendation (Archive recommendation card);
Ignore a recommendation (Archive recommendation card);
Oro does it directly:
Run an AI Review of the contract: with the playbook linked to the contract type or the one you name, or without a playbook, based on your instructions.
Examples: "Create a playbook from our service agreement template", "Apply this recommendation and add a 3% cap" or "Review this contract without a playbook, on the service provider's side"
Personalize Oro
Oro asks you to confirm before it can:
Set your absence: turn on, edit or turn off your absence.
Oro does it directly:
Remember your company and your preferences: Oro tells you what it has remembered.
Example: "Remember that we are a logistics company"
From the interface buttons
Add language:
Oro translates a library clause or a smart field (kept when you save).
In a contract type that has a template, then choose From AI translation: Oro creates the translated template, without prior validation.
Suggest condition with AI (depending on your plan): in the content of a contract type, Oro suggests a condition: Accept suggestion or Dismiss.
Apply, Ignore or Archive (depending on your plan): under an Oro recommendation, in the AI Review tab of the contract.
Improve with AI (depending on your plan): in a playbook rule, Oro suggests a wording: Accept or Dismiss.
Generate with AI (depending on your plan): in a contract type's playbook, Oro directly adds editable alternative positions.
Frequently asked questions
Can Oro bypass my rights or my approval workflows?
No. Oro acts on your behalf, with your permissions. It only approves if an approval is requested from you, and when a contract is sent for signature, the configured approval workflow applies.
Who can create a contract with Oro?
Members whose role already allows them to create a contract in Tomorro. The Viewer and Signatory roles do not have access.
Can I undo an action by Oro?
Decline the card: nothing is done. For an action without a card, ask for the opposite, for example removing the guest that was added.
