Would you like to translate your template into Spanish, Danish, or Portuguese? It is now possible in just a few clicks thanks to Oro, Tomorro's AI, which automatically translates your contract type!
Add a translation to my template
To translate a template, you have two different options:
Option 1 – Using automatic translation (Oro)
If your subscription allows it, you have activated Oro on your account and you have credits left, Oro automatically translates an existing template of your contract type. This translation is launched directly from the contract type, not from the Oro agent.
If you would like unlimited access for all members of your team, you can contact your Customer Success Manager to upgrade to the unlimited version.
Step 1 – Add a language
Click on "Add language"
Select the desired language from the drop-down list
Step 2 – Automatic translation with Oro
Click on "From AI translation"
Step 3 – Automatic translation
Oro handles the translation in the background
After a few moments (it can take a few minutes), your new template is translated into the selected language.
And that's not all: Oro also translates the smart fields and clauses inserted in your initial template!
Once the translation is complete, answer the question What do you think about this translation? (👍 / 👎) to help us improve it.
Option 2 – From a Word translation (without Oro)
Step 1 – Add a language
Click on "Add language" and select the desired language from the drop-down list
Step 2 – Word option
Click on "From a Word file"
Step 3 – Import
Upload your Word document
Step 4 – Manual translation
Manually add the translation of each smart field and clause used in the original template by editing them
Good to know: if your subscription allows it, Oro is activated and you have credits left, Oro can translate a smart field (from your settings) or a clause (from the clause library) for you. Open the field or clause, click Add language and choose the language: Oro automatically fills in the translation, which is only saved when you save the field or clause. A clause must be created first before you can add a translation.

Step 5 – Manual insertion
Insert the smart fields and clauses one by one in the desired locations.

Delete a translation
You can delete an existing translation of your template at any time:
Go to the tab corresponding to the relevant language
Click on the three dots next to the language
Select "Delete this document"
Confirm the deletion
⚠️ This action is irreversible. Make sure the translation is no longer needed before deleting it.
