Oro, Tomorro's AI, does more than answer your questions: the Oro agent can act on your behalf on your contracts, your signatures, your clause library or your playbooks, and Oro also steps in from certain interface buttons to translate, detect conditions or apply the recommendations of the AI review. Here is everything you can delegate to Oro.
Access the Oro agent
To delegate actions to Oro, several conditions must be met:
your organization's plan includes Tomorro's AI features;
Oro is activated in your organization. Depending on your organization's plan, Oro may be available without this activation. For any question about its availability, contact your account manager;
your role includes the Use AI permission;
you are a member of the organization: Oro is not available to guests, such as the counterparty invited to a contract.
Oro only does what your permissions allow you to do in Tomorro. For example, only members authorized to manage playbooks can have Oro edit a playbook. Some actions also depend on your plan: they are flagged in the list below.
📌 To open the chat and learn how to ask the Oro agent your questions, see the article Use the Oro agent. To activate Oro in your organization, see the article Oro - Activate the integration.
Two ways to have Oro act
In the chat: ask the Oro agent, in natural language, what you want to do, for example "add Marie as a signatory" or "send this contract for signature".
With the Oro buttons in the interface: some screens offer a button that calls on Oro directly, for example Add language to translate a clause or Suggest condition with AI in a contract type.
In the chat, some actions require your confirmation on a card: Oro prepares the action and shows it to you before carrying it out. If you decline the card, nothing is done. Other actions run directly, without a card. The list below specifies, for each action, where to perform it and whether a confirmation is requested.
💡 For an action without a confirmation card, be precise in your request (names, email addresses, the contract concerned): no card is shown to you before it runs.
