Oro - Activate the integration

How to activate the Oro integration, Tomorro's AI, on your account and set up Oro's memory?

The Oro integration activates Tomorro's AI on your account: without it, neither the Oro agent nor AI features such as data extraction, AI summary or AI review are available.

Only administrators can activate the Oro integration.

Activate the Oro integration

  • To activate the Oro integration on Tomorro, go to Settings > Oro settings

  • Then click on "Activate this integration".

Depending on your organization's plan, Oro may be available without this activation. For any question about its availability, contact your account manager.

For security reasons, the name of the administrator who activated the integration is displayed along with the activation date.

We take data privacy and security very seriously.

Your data and personal information are always kept confidential and secure, and we follow strict data protection and security protocols to ensure that your data is never compromised.

📌 Once the integration is activated, learn how to use the Oro agent day-to-day in the article Use the Oro agent.

💡 Once the integration is activated, an Oro bar appears at the bottom of the screen so you can type a request directly. To minimize it, hover over the bar and click the cross on its right ("Minimize to icon"): the bar collapses into an "Open AI assistant" icon for 5 days, then reappears. The bar is only shown if you have not chatted with Oro for 15 days: as soon as you send Oro a message, it also gives way to the icon.

Configure Oro

You can personalize Oro's behavior from Settings > Oro memory

  • Oro memory: to tailor Oro's answers to your preferences,

The Oro memory is available to all users and personal to each of them: Oro draws on yours in every message to answer, draft and adapt to your preferences.
