Review the content of a contract

Have you received a version of the contract that you need to review?

Prerequisite: you have received an email inviting you to review the contract, and have accessed the document.

Fill in the information

  • Click on fill in the fields

  • Fill in all required fields

  • Click on continue to save


Review the contract

This may differ depending on the rights granted by your counterparty on the contract: read-only, comment, or suggest.

Suggestions

Adding suggestions

Tomorro allows you to add your modifications to the contract (text additions or deletions, etc.) in the form of a mark-up.

To make modifications - additions and/or deletions of text - you just have to add or delete text.

Any addition will be displayed in yellow in the text.

Any deletion will be displayed in yellow and crossed out in the text.

Suggestions follow-up

Each party will therefore have an overview of the modifications made by the other party, for maximum transparency and trust in your negotiations.

  • Find all comments or suggestions (open or resolved) quickly

  • Click on the suggestion to find its location in the content and perform the action of your choice:

    • Comment

    • Edit

    • Decline

    • Accept

Other features

Add participants

  • Click on Invite to add collaborators to the document.

  • Enter the email address of the participant and a note to speed up collaborative review

Add attached files

If new attached files are added during the negotiation, a red dot will be displayed and a verification will be requested.

Download the contract

Download the contract (if rights have been granted to you), in Word or PDF format.

View version history

Discuss with your counterparty or collaborators

Internal comments will only be visible to your internal collaborators and you.

External comments will be visible to all people included in the contract (internal and external).

Tracking

Find the to-do list on the homepage so you can see where you stand.


Send back your version

  • Click send back

  • Specify the signatory (optional until signature)

  • Edit the default note if necessary

  • Click send back to send your reviewed version to your counterparty.
