Edit, format and negotiate a contract with review mode

How to use review mode to edit or review your contracts during negotiation?

Updated yesterday

The review mode is the central space to edit, format and negotiate your contracts in Tomorro.

It brings together all the tools needed to collaborate, track changes and finalise a contract before sending or signing.

The editing and formatting features (text, structure, headers…) are also available when editing the template of a contract type.

The template toolbar allows you to format content, manage structure and preview the document.

Access review mode

To edit a contract:

  • Open the relevant contract

  • Click Review

Review mode then becomes your main workspace.

The review mode toolbar gives access to editing, sending and closing the contract.

Red indicators let you quickly identify items requiring action (incomplete fields, comments, suggestions).

If the Edit option is not visible, you do not have editing rights. Contact your administrator.

Navigate the contract with the table of contents

The table of contents is available in review mode to facilitate navigation.

It allows you to:

  • Quickly access a section of the document

  • Follow the structure (titles, articles, numbering) defined in the contract

  • Keep a clear view of the content organisation during editing and negotiation

The table of contents is updated automatically based on content changes.

Manage page numbers

In PDF preview mode, page numbers are calculated automatically based on the document content and manually inserted page breaks, including header and footer settings.
