Tomorro allows you to communicate easily with your counterparty without endless email threads. All discussions are centralized in one place for maximum clarity and efficiency.
Send a message to your counterparty
Click the Activity icon.
Write your message in the text field.
Tip: Mention a project participant using @name so they receive an email notification.
Select the External checkbox to make the message visible to the counterparty.
Click Post to publish your message.
External messages will not be sent until the project has been shared at least once with the counterparty.
Track all exchanges
In the Activity tab, you can view:
The full history of your exchanges with the counterparty.
Notes and instructions added to each version of the project.
Email conversations when they are synchronized.
To automatically sync email exchanges in Tomorro, add the unique Tomorro email address in CC. All messages will then be centralized in the interface.
