We have designed an integration with DocuSign, an electronic signature solution. For this integration, Tomorro will request access to two elements:
The ability to create envelopes: simply to allow you to create your envelopes in 1 click from Tomorro.
Extended access: to make your life easier and avoid having to reconnect every 24 hours.
The Tomorro DocuSign integration is available out of the box and requires no technical development. However, you need a DocuSign account, whose subscription is independent of Tomorro.
Connect my DocuSign account to Tomorro
To get started, go to the DocuSign integration page in your workspace: click your name at the bottom left > "My account" > "Integrations" tab.
Click on DocuSign > "Manage integration", then click the "Use integration" button.
You will be redirected to the DocuSign login page to identify yourself:
Enter your DocuSign login email and password.
Authorise Tomorro to create DocuSign envelopes and remain connected to your account.
You will then be redirected to Tomorro — the integration is connected ✅
Choose the redirect page in DocuSign
Once the DocuSign integration between Tomorro and DocuSign is set up, you can choose the redirect page in DocuSign. Two options are available:
To the envelope configuration page
To the document configuration page
This configuration must be performed by each user who sends contracts for signature via the DocuSign integration.
Redirect to the envelope configuration page
From Tomorro, you arrive directly on the page allowing you to:
Configure recipients: add recipients in copy for example
Choose a signature order among the signatories indicated in Tomorro
Choose the subject content and a personalised message if needed
Redirect to the document configuration page
From Tomorro, you arrive directly on the page allowing you to:
Position signature zones
Add custom DocuSign fields for signatories if necessary
It is of course possible to go back to the previous step from DocuSign if needed, before sending the envelope.
Disconnect my DocuSign account from Tomorro
To revoke Tomorro's access to your DocuSign account, go to Integrations from your personal settings. Open the DocuSign integration by clicking "Manage integration", then click the red "Revoke access" button.
