Discover the contract types interface

How does the new contract types interface work in Tomorro?

Updated yesterday

Feature available to administrators only.

A contract type is a reference framework that governs the entire lifecycle of the contracts derived from it: creation, negotiation, signature, and tracking.

It is made up of two distinct and complementary parts:

Understanding the template section

The template section corresponds to the reference contractual document.

It allows you to:

  • import a Word document

  • automatically extract custom fields using AI

  • preserve or edit the contract formatting

  • translate the template if necessary

  • centralize the contractual content used for each project

The template defines the legal content of the contract.

Understanding the automations section

The automations section allows you to configure all the contract management rules throughout its entire lifecycle.

Settings are organized by stage:

They determine how contracts based on this contract type should be created, negotiated, signed, and monitored.
