Cancel a signing process
Open the project
Go to the project concerned in Tomorro.
Make sure its status is “Signing” (green badge at the top of the page).
Access the menu
If it is a DocuSign signature, only the person who issued or created the signature request will be able to cancel it.
Click on the “...” button in the top right corner of the screen, then select “Cancel signature process” from the dropdown menu.
Add an explanatory note
A pop-up window will appear to confirm the cancellation.
Add a note to explain the reason for the cancellation to the other participants (all signers, both internal and external, will automatically be notified by email).
Confirm
Click “Cancel signature” to confirm.
The signing process will be stopped immediately.
All participants will receive a notification, and you will be able to relaunch the signing process later once the necessary modifications have been made.
To relaunch the signing process, follow the steps described in this article:
Send a project for signature in Tomorro.
Reassign a signatory
If a signatory is unavailable (absence, departure, wrong email address), you can reassign their signature to another person without cancelling the entire process.
Open the signatories tab
On the project page, under the “signatories” section (on the right-hand side of the screen), click on the “...” next to the signatory you want to replace.
Edit
Select “Edit” to open the reassignment window.
Enter the new address
Enter the email address of the new signer in the field provided.
All signatories (internal and external) will automatically be notified by email of the change.
Confirm
Click “Edit” to validate the reassignment.
The signing process will automatically resume with the new signatory.
