Oro – AI Assistant

How to use Oro, Tomorro's AI assistant, to analyze your contracts, query your Repository, and automate your legal workflows?

Available on PRO plans and above.

Oro is Tomorro's built-in AI assistant. It helps you make the most of your contracts and your Repository on a daily basis, simply by asking questions in natural language.

With Oro, you can:

  • analyze your contracts and their clauses,

  • query your entire Repository,

  • extract key information,

  • draft or rephrase legal content,

  • get step-by-step guidance throughout your workflows.

Access Oro

You can open Oro at any time:

  • from the Assistant sidebar,

  • directly from within a contract.

Oro automatically adapts its responses to the displayed context.

When you are inside a contract, Oro relies on:

  • the document content,

  • the contract Summary Sheet filled in Tomorro,

to formulate its answers.

The green markers displayed in Oro's responses precisely indicate the source used.

By hovering over them, you can access more details about the information used, helping you understand and verify the context taken into account.

While processing your question, Oro displays its reasoning steps in real time, allowing you to follow its thought process before receiving the final answer.

Analyze a contract with Oro

Oro allows you to analyze a contract in a contextual and reliable way, by leveraging both the contract document and the structured contract information - the Summary Sheet - (dates, durations, smart fields, specific business logic).

Examples:

  • "Analyze the risks of this contract."

  • "Explain the confidentiality clause."

  • "Suggest a more balanced version of this clause."

After each response, Oro suggests relevant follow-up questions to help you deepen your analysis. Click on a suggestion to ask it directly.

Query one or multiple contracts with @

You can reference any contract in your organization using the @ mention.

Type @ + contract name to:

  • analyze a specific contract,

  • compare multiple contracts,

  • cross-check obligations or risks,

  • extract targeted information.

Examples:

  • "Compare this contract with @ MSA 2022."

  • "Which one has the best termination terms: @ SaaS US or @ SaaS EMEA?"

  • "Show the key differences between @ Customer Agreement 2023 and @ Customer Agreement 2024."

Asking questions about your Repository

Oro can query your entire Repository or focus on specific contracts.

It relies on:

  • contract content,

  • data stored in the Summary Sheets,

to provide consistent and actionable answers.

Examples:

  • "Which contracts expire within 90 days?"

  • "Find all contracts that contain an exclusivity clause."

  • "List the supplier's obligations in @NDA Acme Corp."

Use the prompt library

You can save your most useful queries and reuse them with a single click.

The prompt library allows you to:

  • save your personal prompts,

  • reuse them in any conversation,

  • edit them at any time,

Administrators can also create shared prompts for the entire team.
