Follow up on a signature request in Tomorro or DocuSign

You’ve sent your project for signature and want to follow up manually?

Updated over a week ago

When you send a project for signature through Tomorro, signatories automatically receive 3 reminders every 5 days by default : no manual action needed.

Resend a signature request via Tomorro

If the automatic reminders have already been sent but the project remains unsigned, you can follow up manually in two ways:

  1. Copy the project link and email it directly to the relevant signatory.

  2. Add a comment in the project activity, mentioning the signatory using @signatoryname. They’ll receive a notification.

These steps are often enough to get the process moving without waiting for the next automatic reminder.

Resend a signature request via DocuSign

If the signature request was sent through DocuSign, you’ll need to resend it directly from your DocuSign account:

  • Log into DocuSign using the account that sent the contract.

  • On the home page, click “waiting for others”.

  • Find the relevant document and click “resend”.

The signatory will receive a new email inviting them to sign via DocuSign.
