Tomorro allows you to generate projects in bulk using an Excel file, then select them and send them for signature directly from the repository.
This feature is only available with Tomorro native e-signature.
Create new projects in bulk
Before you can send projects in bulk for signature, you must first create projects in bulk.
Before getting started, make sure that:
You have a ready-to-use template (with the correct fields).
The template includes at least one signature field.
If you want to automatically populate the counterparty signer’s email address, the template must include a counterparty signature field
(otherwise, the “Signer 1” column, highlighted in yellow, will not appear in the Excel file).
Generate a filtered view
Once the projects have been successfully created via the Excel import, a filtered view is automatically generated. This makes it easier to access and review the projects, and you can rename the view if needed.
By default, the filtered view is created with the following name:
Bulk generated – DD Month YYYY time
Send for signature
Go to the filtered view that was created.
Select all the projects you want to send in bulk.
In the action bar at the bottom, click Send.
Add a note if needed.
Click Send for signature.
Before sending for signature, make sure that:
The document fields are completed.
The document includes at least one signature field.
The signers are defined.
Key takeaways
Bulk generation is done via an Excel file: 1 row = 1 project.
The “Signer 1” column only appears if a counterparty signature field is configured in the template (highlighted in yellow).
Once the projects are created, you can send them for signature in bulk directly from the repository.
