Manage your counterparties' information

How to access, edit, view, and store your counterparties' information?

Feature reserved for administrators.

Access a counterparty's profile

You can view detailed information about a counterparty from:

The Counterparties tab

  • The list displays counterparties in alphabetical order.

  • Use the search bar in the top right to quickly find a specific counterparty.

Filtered views

  • External link in the Counterparty column

The Summary Sheet

  • Click on the "External link" icon

  • A new page will open with the counterparty's profile.

Edit a counterparty's information

From the Counterparties tab, an administrator can directly edit a contact's information (name, first name, email, etc.) without going through a contract.

Steps

  • Go to the Counterparties tab

  • Search for and click on the desired counterparty to open their profile

  • Directly edit the desired fields (name, address, etc.)

  • Changes are saved automatically

⚠️ This action is different from editing a signatory on a contract currently being signed. In that case, only the signatory can correct their name/first name from the identity confirmation screen at the time of signing.

Available information

From the counterparty's profile, you can find various details:

On the left:

  • List of the most recent associated contracts

  • List of all contracts

In the center:

  • List of all contacts linked to this counterparty

On the right:

Merge duplicate counterparties

When several profiles exist for the same counterparty, you can merge them into a single record from the list in the Counterparties tab.

Steps

  • Go to the Counterparties tab

  • Select the duplicate counterparties you want to group together

  • Click on Merge

  • Choose the counterparty to keep (the primary record)

  • Confirm the merge

⚠️ Irreversible action: The retained counterparty keeps its information. All contracts linked to the merged counterparties (including signed contracts) are automatically transferred to it. Merges are kept in the audit logs.

Merge duplicate contacts

From a counterparty's profile, the Contacts tab lets you group several duplicate contacts into a single primary contact.

Steps

  • Open the counterparty's profile, then the Contacts tab

  • Search for contacts by name or email

  • Select the duplicate contacts

  • Click on Merge and choose the primary contact to keep

  • Confirm the merge

⚠️ Contracts linked to the merged contacts (including already signed contracts) are reassigned to the retained email address. If some contacts cannot be merged, the failures are reported at the end of the operation.

Archive a counterparty

When you are no longer actively negotiating with a counterparty, you can archive them to simplify your interface.

Steps to store a counterparty:

  • Access their profile

  • Click on the ... at the top right of the profile and select "Archive this counterparty"

  • Confirm a second time.

Steps to unarchive a counterparty:

  • Repeat the same process from the counterparty's profile to unarchive them.

Impacts of storing:

  • The counterparty will no longer appear in selection menus, lists, or filters.

  • They will remain accessible via their associated contracts, marked with a "Archived" tag.

Export the counterparty list

From the Counterparties tab, you can export the entire list to keep a copy or analyse it outside of Tomorro.

Steps

  • Go to the Counterparties tab

  • Click on the Import button at the top right of the list

  • Click on Download template

  • The file will be downloaded automatically with all the information from your database.

⚠️ If you encounter an error during export, please contact Tomorro support. This feature may experience difficulties depending on the size of your counterparty list or certain specific configurations.
