Edit, format, and negotiate a project using Review mode

How do you use Review mode to edit or revise projects under negotiation?

Updated this week

Review mode is the central workspace to edit, format, and negotiate your projects in Tomorro.
It brings together all the tools you need to collaborate, track changes, and finalize a project before sending or signing it.

Access Review mode

To edit a project:

  • Open the relevant project

  • Click Review

Review mode then becomes your main workspace.

Red badges help you quickly identify items requiring action (incomplete fields, comments, suggestions).

If the Edit option is not visible, you do not have editing rights. Please contact your administrator.

Navigate the project using the table of contents

The table of contents is available in Review mode to make navigation easier.

It allows you to:

  • Quickly access a specific section of the document

  • Follow the structure (headings, articles, numbering) defined in the project

  • Maintain a clear overview of the content organization during editing and negotiation

The table of contents updates automatically as the content changes.

  • Access all project fields from the form

  • Identify fields to be completed using red badges

  • Replace it with another word or a smart field

  • Apply the replacement to one or multiple occurrences
