Once you have created your project, filled in all required fields, and validated your version, Tomorro offers two methods to send your project to your counterparty:
Via a Word document (attached to an email).
Via the Tomorro Guest Portal (for interactive collaboration on the platform).
Send via the Tomorro Guest Portal
This option allows the counterparty to access and interact with the document online.
When ready, click "Send back".
Select "Send for review with counterparty".
The "Editor Version" option is enabled by default.
Add your counterparty contacts (email, one at a time by pressing Enter).
Add a note (optional, it will be sent along with the contract).
Define the counterparty's access rights:

Suggest
Choose the interface language (French or English).
Click "Send this version" ✅.
The counterparty will receive an email with a secure access code (6-digit code) to enter the Tomorro Guest Portal.
Send via a Word Document
This option allows the counterparty to receive a Word version of the project.
When ready, click "Send back".
Select "Send for review with counterparty".
Choose the option "Word Version".
Add your counterparty contacts (email, one at a time by pressing Enter).
Add a note (optional, it will be sent along with the contract).
Define the counterparty's access rights:

Suggest
Choose the interface language (French or English).
Click "Send this version" ✅.
The counterparty will receive an email with the Word document attached and will also have the option to join the Tomorro Guest Portal.
Approval Before Sending
Click on "Send"
Then "Send for review"
If you receive a message indicating that the contract must be approved before sending, this means that approvers have been set up by your organization.
Once approval is received, you will be notified via email and within Tomorro.
You can then send the contract by following the steps described above.
