This feature is only available for projects where the content has been inserted into the Tomorro text editor, specifically:
Projects generated from a template containing pre-configured clauses
Projects created from an external document inserted into the editor, where one or more clauses have been manually added
Access clause tracking
Open a project in Review Mode
Click the “Clauses” icon in the menu on the right
A dedicated section will open, displaying the following information:
Number of Inserted Clauses
This section shows the total number of clauses inserted into the project, divided into two categories:
Initial clauses (in blue): Clauses that have not been modified
Modified clauses (in orange): Clauses that have been changed after being inserted
Clause List
This section also provides the full list of all clauses included in the project.
Identify a modified clause
To determine whether a clause has been modified:
Go to the “Clauses” section of the project
A pie chart shows the ratio of initial to modified clauses
Modified clauses are marked with a “Modified” tag in the list
In the document, modified clauses appear with an orange border
Note: A clause is considered modified as soon as any change is made : even a space.
Find a clause in the document
To quickly find a specific clause in the document:
Hover over the clause in the “Clauses” section
Click the magnifying glass icon that appears
You will be automatically redirected to the corresponding clause in the document
Edit a clause
Clause editing is reserved for administrators.
Administrators can edit a clause directly from the “Clauses” section:
Hover over the clause
Click the pencil icon
Make the desired changes
Click “Edit Clause”, then confirm the modification
