Tomorro allows you to download multiple signed contracts in a single compressed file (ZIP).
Only the contracts you are a participant of are included in the download.
If the Download button does not appear after selecting signed contracts, check that:
your role allows bulk download: Admin, Manager or Contributor (a Viewer cannot)
the contracts have the Signed status
If you are an Admin and the option still does not appear (neither the Download button nor Export signed files (.zip)), the feature is not yet activated on your organization. Contact support to request its activation.
Access bulk download
You can download signed contracts from:
a filtered view (e.g.: signed contracts)
the repository (depending on your role's permissions)
The download includes only the contracts visible in the space being used.
Download signed contracts
To download multiple signed contracts:
Go to a view or a folder in the repository
For the Download button only: select the contracts using the checkboxes (or select all)
Two options are available:
Download via the Download button
Click Download in the action bar
The ZIP file is generated automatically
Download via Export (.zip)
Click the … menu in the top right corner, then Export contracts: the export covers everything in the view or folder displayed, not only the ticked contracts
Select Export signed files (.zip)
A ZIP archive is generated. You will receive an email with a download link as soon as the file is ready.
⚠️ The download link is valid for 7 days. After this period, you will need to restart the export.
Understand the file contents
Each contract is exported as a folder containing:
the signed contract (PDF)
the associated signed attached files
⚠️ The repository folder structure is not preserved in the exported file.
Understand access rights
Admin: can download from a filtered view or the repository
Manager or Contributor: can download from a filtered view and, depending on their role's permissions, from the repository, for contracts in which they are a participant.
Viewer: cannot download in bulk.
The export only contains the contracts you have access to: the others are skipped, and a message tells you how many contracts were excluded from your selection. Two situations usually explain an incomplete export. A contract in which you are only a Viewer is excluded from the bulk export, even though it remains accessible and downloadable from its own page. And an Admin role does not grant access to private folders you are not a member of: only a Super admin can reach those.
