Oro is Tomorro’s integrated AI assistant. It enables you to:

  • analyze your contracts

  • query your repository

  • draft legal content

  • receive step-by-step guidance

all simply by talking to it.

Usage

You can open Oro:

  • from the Assistant section in the sidebar

  • from any project

Oro automatically adapts its responses to the context you are in.

If you are inside a project, Oro will directly use the displayed project as a source of information.

Examples:

  • “Analyze the risks of this contract.”

  • “Explain the confidentiality clause.”

  • “Propose a more balanced version of this clause.”

Referencing one or several contracts with @

You can reference any contract in your organization.
Type @ + contract name to:

  • compare two contracts

  • analyze a specific contract

  • cross-check obligations or risks

  • extract targeted information

Examples:

  • “Compare this contract with @MSA 2022.”

  • “Which one has better termination terms: @SaaS US or @SaaS EMEA?”

  • “Show the key differences between @Customer Agreement 2023 and @Customer Agreement 2024.”

Asking questions about your repository

Oro can query your entire repository or target specific projects.

Examples:

  • “Which contracts expire within 90 days?”

  • “Find all contracts that contain an exclusivity clause.”

  • “List the supplier’s obligations in @NDA Acme Corp.”
