all simply by talking to it.
Usage
You can open Oro:
from the Assistant section in the sidebar
from any project
Oro automatically adapts its responses to the context you are in.
If you are inside a project, Oro will directly use the displayed project as a source of information.
Examples:
“Analyze the risks of this contract.”
“Explain the confidentiality clause.”
“Propose a more balanced version of this clause.”
Referencing one or several contracts with @
You can reference any contract in your organization.
Type @ + contract name to:
compare two contracts
analyze a specific contract
cross-check obligations or risks
extract targeted information
Examples:
“Compare this contract with @MSA 2022.”
“Which one has better termination terms: @SaaS US or @SaaS EMEA?”
“Show the key differences between @Customer Agreement 2023 and @Customer Agreement 2024.”
Asking questions about your repository
Oro can query your entire repository or target specific projects.
Examples:
“Which contracts expire within 90 days?”
“Find all contracts that contain an exclusivity clause.”
“List the supplier’s obligations in @NDA Acme Corp.”
