Involve the right people
To start strong, it’s important to identify the key people involved in the project:
A project manager – your main point of contact to coordinate the implementation
2 to 3 administrators – the people who will configure the platform (templates, access, rules, etc.)
Your internal IT contact for the integration projects to connect with other tools (SAML SSO, API, Salesforce, ect.)
Other stakeholders can be involved occasionally, for example to review decisions or test the tool.
✅ Good to know: only users with an administrator role can access the templates settings.
Set aside time for configuration
Tomorro doesn’t require technical skills, but it’s a structured tool with its own logic. Like with a CRM, understanding how it works takes a bit of time and practice.
The time needed depends on:
the number of templates to configure,
how many administrators are involved,
their availability.
✨ To make real progress and build autonomy, plan to spend at least 2 hours outside of training sessions, the best being 4 to 5 hours per week. The more dedicated time you invest early on, the faster you’ll move forward.
Define priority contract types
There’s no need to do everything at once! It’s better to start small, but start strong:
List the contract types you use most often.
Pick 2 or 3 key types to configure first.
You can expand your library later as needed.
🎯 The goal isn’t to build a full library upfront, but to create a solid and usable starting point.
Structure your contract library
Tomorro allows you to organize your contracts in a structured folder system with fine-grained access control.
Before getting started, ask yourself:
How would you like to organize your contracts?
By team, department, contract type, or something else?
Who should have access to what?
