Administrators

When administrators begin seeting up the platform, it is crucial that they are supported by business stakeholders who can provide feedback throughout the configuration process. The goal is to set up templates and rules that reflect the day-to-day reality of end users.

These stakeholders therefore need to be involved as early as possible.

Oral meeting – 15 minutes

Project sponsor

This step is not mandatory, but it can greatly facilitate internal adoption of the tool.

During this session, the idea is to present Tomorro and its key functionalities at a high level to the first user team. The project sponsor should also explain why your company chose Tomorro and which pain points you aim to eliminate with the tool.

This session should be short and should not go into functional details, the goal is to spark interest and encourage employees to learn more during the training.

Communication via other channels

To maintain momentum during the rollout and diversify communication channels, here are other options you may consider depending on your tools:

  • An Excel feedback tracking file to collect user feedback (here is a template you can duplicate if needed)

  • A dedicated Teams channel, potentially including your Onboarding Manager or Customer Success Manager

  • 30-minute Q&A follow-up sessions during the first few weeks

  • An internal newsletter via email or the intranet
