At Tomorro, a field is a variable you can insert in your templates or projects.
It allows you to simplify the generation of your contracts by your teams, as well as keep track of important data in the summary sheet or in the repository.
Default Tomorro's smart fields
Upon creating your account, the following smart fields - also known as the Tomorro basic smart fields - are automatically created for you; they are necessary for the platform to function properly:

Start date | Date | Define the start date of the contract. |
Initial end date | Date | Define the initial end date, before any potential renewal. |
Signature date | Date | This field is automatically calculated by Tomorro. It represents the date on which the document was fully signed. |
Notice | Duration (days, months, years) | If there is a notice, define the notice period required to change or terminate this contract. |
Renewal type | Select (None/Tacit) | Define the type of renewal. |
Renewal duration | Duration (in month) | In the event of tacit renewal, the renewal period will default to one month. |
Your organization name | Text | Define your organization name |
Language | Select (br, de, es, fr…) | Define the contract language. |
Template | Select | Choose a template from those created, to which you'd like to attach your project. |
Project identifier | Generated using [Year][Month][Incremental number from 0001 regenerated each month] | Unique identifier generated and assigned to the project. |
Importance use
These fields allow our algorithms, for example, to create automated reminders or to structure your projects by counterparty and contract type.
Note that they will be automatically translated according to the user's display language.
It is not possible to edit or delete these fields.
