Indicate a contrat as terminated

Your contract is tacitly renewed, and you have chosen to terminate it?

Updated yesterday

In order to mark a contract as terminated, you must be a participant in the contract and administrator.

You can check this in the participant tab.

Mark the contract as terminated

Marking a contract as completed in Tomorro will allow you to stop automatic renewals and reminders.

  • From the project, click on the "..." at the top right of the contract.

  • Then click on "Mark as terminated".

  • Then enter the end date of the contract; this works even if it has not yet passed - the contract will then change to the status "Soon terminated" instead of "Renewed soon".

  • Confirm by clicking on "Terminate".

When is it possible to mark a contract as completed?

It is possible to mark a contract as completed in the following cases:

In advance: before the termination date takes effect.

  • In this case, the contract will immediately move to the "Soon terminated" status, and then to "Terminated" once the termination date is reached.

Retroactively: after the termination date has taken effect.

  • By selecting an end date in the past, the contract will move directly to the "Terminated" status, as the indicated end date has already passed, rendering the contract inactive.

Restore a contract already marked as terminated

Did you make a mistake or decide not to terminate the contract after all?

You can restore the contract, effectively reversing the action of marking it as terminated in Tomorro.

  • Click the "Actions" button at the top right, then select "Restore contract".

  • The "Terminated" status will disappear, and your contract will revert to its original status.

If your contract does not include a tacit renewal period and was marked as "terminated" simply because the end date had been reached, you can only "restore" it by modifying the initial end date (only if this field is not part of the contract's content).
