To find the project you’re looking for in Tomorro (whether it’s to check key dates or information, or to view the signed project), you have several options.
You will only see projects you are a participant in or have access to.
If you’re not part of a project or don’t have access to it, it won’t appear in the search results.
Use Oro, the AI Assistant
If you're having trouble finding a project, you can ask Oro, the AI Assistant integrated into Tomorro, directly.
It can help you locate a project, understand key contract information, or even perform certain actions for you.
You can trigger it by typing @projectname to open the project, access its summary sheet, or open the PDF (if the project status is "signed").
Very useful for comparing multiple projects or for searching for very specific information within the body of a project.
Use the search bars
Global Search
This search bar is located next to the "+ New Project" icon and on the homepage. It allows a broad search based on several criteria:
Counterparty
Folders / Subfolders
Project name or counterparty
Project content (if the project is signed)
It’s especially useful when you only remember a specific detail about a contract.
Repository Search
This search focuses on the hierarchical structure of folders. It lets you filter and find projects based on:
Folders (within the folder hierarchy)
Project name or counterparty
Project content (if the project is signed)
It’s a more targeted search for navigating project organization.
Use Filtered Views
This search via filtered views lets you filter and display projects according to:
Project name or counterparty
Project content (if the project is signed)
It’s ideal for refining your search based on your display and sorting preferences.
Quick Search Access
Tip: Use the shortcut Ctrl+K (on PC) or Cmd+K (on Mac) to quickly open the Global Search.
Once you’ve found the desired project, click on it. It won’t open immediately, giving you two options:
Perform actions via shortcuts (open the project, copy the link, add participants, view files, versions, tasks, etc.).
View project information (dates, custom attributes, or complete missing details).
With these search options, you’ll quickly find the information you need in Tomorro!
