Store a signed document

How to add, complete, and archive your signed documents with ease?

Updated in the last hour

Tomorro lets you easily import your signed documents to create a project, complete the key information, and store the contract in the repository.

1️⃣ Add your signed document

Signed documents must be in PDF format.

You can add them in three ways:

Via Tomorro homepage

  • Click + New project and select Store a signed document.

  • Choose whether the signed document:

    • creates a new project, or

    • updates an existing project automatically created by email or from the repository

  • Then add or drag and drop your signed PDF.

The project is created with the status Signed project to complete.

From the repository

Drag and drop your signed documents directly into the repository.
Tomorro will automatically create a signed project to complete.

By email

You can forward an email containing a signed document to the dedicated address provided by your organisation.

Each received document:

  • automatically creates a signed project to complete, and

  • appears in the repository

All newly imported projects are automatically created with the default status Signed project to complete.

2️⃣ Complete the project information

❇️ If your organisation uses Oro AI, Oro automatically analyses and extracts the document’s content to pre-fill:

  • the project template

  • the mandatory fields

  • the custom fields

  • the counterparty name

You can review and correct the data before validation.

Project template

The selected template may require additional fields.
Choosing a template is mandatory.

Integrated form and mandatory fields

From the summary sheet:

  • Review the extracted data

  • Complete the mandatory fields

  • Validate

Once the data is validated, the project moves to the Signed status.

3️⃣ Archive your signed project

Depending on your organisation’s configuration, archiving may be:

Archiving in a specific folder

If the document is imported into a specific folder, the project will automatically appear there.

Dynamic archiving

If the template includes an archiving rule, Tomorro automatically stores the project accordingly.

Manual archiving

If no archiving rule exists, you can manually move the project to the desired folder.

4️⃣ Add additional items

You can enrich your signed project by adding:

  • attached files

  • participants

  • reminders or tasks

You can then move on to the next project or return to the repository.

5️⃣ Track your signed projects

Once your document is imported, Tomorro makes it easy to track projects that still require action.

Incomplete projects

All signed projects, even incomplete ones, are visible in the repository.

A signed project may be marked incomplete when:

  • mandatory fields are missing

  • no template has been selected

  • a data point extracted by Oro AI is awaiting validation

A red badge indicates the number of projects to complete (among the ones you participate in).

You can filter projects by counterparty, creator, status, or date to better organise your work.

Projects without location

A project will appear in the “Projects Without Location” folder if:

  • no archiving rule is defined

  • no template has been selected

  • it has been drag-and-dropped at the root of the repository

These projects are only visible to:

  • participants

  • administrators

The folder updates automatically as soon as an archiving rule is applied.
