Create user groups

How to create user groups to simply manage access and permissions?

Tomorro allows you to create user groups to manage access and permissions more easily.

Create a group

  • Click on the name of your company at the top of the left menu

  • Click on Workspace Settings

  • Click on the Groups tab

  • Click on the Create a group button (top right)

  • Fill in the required information

    • An icon to simply identify the group

    • The name of the group

    • Add members to the group (you can also do it later)

  • Click on "Create a group" to validate

Edit or delete a group

  • Click on the concerned group

  • Edit the information (name, icone or participants)

  • Delete the group or save the modifications

If you want to add a user to multiple groups, quickly click on it in the "Members" tab and choose the groups in question.
