Feature reserved for administrators with a PRO plan, accessible from the editor of a contract type template.
When working on the template of a contract type in the Tomorro editor, Oro AI can automatically analyze a text passage to detect relevant conditions and suggest conditional display rules ready to use.
You retain full control: each proposed condition can be accepted, rejected, or adjusted individually before being applied.
⚠️ As with all Tomorro conditions, the conditioning generated by AI always applies to an entire element (entire clause, template text block). It is not possible to apply a condition to only a portion of text located inside a clause.
📌 This feature complements the automatic extraction of smart fields.
Select the clause to apply conditions to
In the editor of your contract type template:
Select the clause or the template text block you want to apply a condition to.
Click on "Display text if" in the editor toolbar.
The condition applies to the clause or block in its entirety. If you select text in the middle of a clause, it is the entire clause that will be shown or hidden according to the condition.
Launch automatic condition extraction
Once the conditions panel is open:
Click on the "Detect condition with AI" button marked BETA.
Oro AI analyzes the selected clause and identifies relevant conditions.
The panel displays the existing conditions of your contract type.
The "Detect condition with AI" button uses AI to suggest the most suitable condition for the selected clause.
Validate the conditions suggested by AI
The AI suggests a condition in the form of an IF … THEN rule:
IF: the condition to be met (for example: "Disclosure of confidential information")
THEN: the clause that will be displayed in the contract if the condition is met
📌 For more on how conditions work, see this article: use conditions in a contract type.
Identify new and existing elements
The AI suggestion may contain new or existing elements:
Elements with a "New" badge do not yet exist in your contract type: it may be a new condition, a new smart field, or a new field option.
Elements without a badge are conditions or already existing fields in your contract type. The AI prioritizes reusing existing elements to avoid duplicates.
Accept or reject the suggestion
For each proposed condition, you have two actions:
Accept the suggestion: the condition is applied to the clause with a purple display characteristic of conditions in the Tomorro editor.
Reject: no changes are made, the clause remains unchanged.
You can also write to the AI directly from the panel to refine the suggestion: modify the condition title, adjust the conditional text, etc.
Manage multiple detected conditions
When the AI detects multiple conditions in the selected clause, each condition is presented individually.
You can accept or reject each condition individually, independently of one another. This allows you to maintain precise control over the conditions applied to your template.
