Oro – Data Analysis & Extraction

How can you save time processing and extracting data from your documents using Oro, our AI assistant?

Updated this week

With Oro AI, our AI assistant, save time by letting it analyze and extract data from your document to fill in the Summary Sheet.

Import a signed document

Upload or drag-and-drop your signed document into the contract: Oro takes care of analyzing its content and extracting the essential information.

Start the extraction

From the "Incomplete signed contracts" tab, launch the automatic extraction to quickly retrieve the key data needed for storing the contract.

Tip: Import your documents and come back later: a notification will alert you when the analysis is complete.

Possible statuses

In progress, To review, Reviewed, Cancelled, Error

Once the analysis is complete, the extraction moves to the To review status.

Launch a bulk extraction

From the Incomplete signed contracts view, you can select multiple contracts and launch data extraction in batch.

  • Select the desired contracts from the list

  • Click on Extract data in the action bar at the bottom of the screen

You can also validate data in bulk from this same view by clicking on Validate data.

Review and validate the extraction

Open the document to check the fields identified by Oro.

  • Fields detected by Oro are marked with a badge ✷.

  • You can also use the magnifying glass to view the source text that helped Oro identify the information.

Understanding the extracted information

Oro AI detects in particular:

  • The contract template

  • The mandatory fields required for storage

  • The counterparty

Improve extraction with an AI Guideline

You can add a short AI instruction clearly explaining what Oro should extract for each field.

Describe each field as if you were guiding a new team member. Oro can also automatically generate this guideline (🖌).

For now, Oro analyzes only the content of the main document. Information contained in attached files is not yet taken into account during the analysis.

Finalize the contract

  • If the data is correct → validate.

  • If any data is incorrect → edit it directly in the field.

  • Complete any missing fields before validating the contract.

Everything is of course logged in the Activities for full traceability.
