How to track your deadlines with automatic and customized reminders?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Types of Reminders

Default Reminders

Tomorro automatically generates reminders to help you track key deadlines for your contracts.

  • For fixed-term contracts with notice periods: The reminder is triggered 1 month before the start of the notice period.

    • Example: A contract ending on 12/31/2022, with a 2-month notice period, generates a reminder on 10/01/2022 (1 month before 11/01/2022).

  • For fixed-term contracts without notice periods: The reminder is triggered 1 month before the end date.

  • For open-ended contracts: No automatic reminder is created.

    • However, you can create a customized reminder if needed.

If these reminders don’t suit you, you can delete them and create your own custom reminders.

Customized Reminders

Customized reminders are created manually to meet your specific needs. You can:

  • Set a fixed date: The reminder is triggered on the selected date.

  • Set a relative reminder: For example, the reminder can be triggered 3 months before the start of the notice period or another important deadline.

Triggering and Notifications

Triggering

Reminders will appear once the project is signed and are triggered on the morning of the scheduled reminder date.

It is normal not to see the "Deadline Reminders" section when the project is in draft, negotiation, or signing stages.

To view past reminders, click on the "Past" tab.

Notifications

To configure notifications: Click on your name > My Account > Notifications.

Reminders are sent:

  • By email (to the address associated with your account).

  • In the app, via the bell icon (red dot = new reminder).

Statuses

The bell icon appears green when the reminder has not yet been triggered.

The bell icon appears gray when the reminder date has passed but was not triggered (because the project was created/signed in Tomorro after the reminder date).

The bell icon appears orange when information is missing in the project summary.
