Notifications are customizable for each individual account : it is not possible to set notifications on behalf of all members or for another user's account.
Notifications
As soon as you log in to Tomorro, the bell located at the top left, next to your company's logo and name, informs you of unread events (change in contract status, progress of requests, new requests, signed documents, etc.).
In addition to the notifications present on the Tomorro platform, you will receive the following notifications by email:
Contract activities
A collaborator has mentioned you in a draft contract
A collaborator has added a comment in a contract activity feed
You have a message from a counterparty in the discussion
A document has been signed
You have been added as a participant to a contract
Your approval is expected on a document
A document has been approved
A document has been rejected
Someone mentioned you in a comment on a document
Someone has replied to your comment
A document has been sent by the counterparty
A document has been accepted for signature by the counterparty
A document has been reviewed by the counterparty
A new file has been uploaded and shared by the counterparty
Someone has requested a signature
Someone has canceled a signature
Receive a weekly digest on Monday with contracts waiting for review in "To process" view
Receive a monthly digest on contract activities of the past month (admin and manager roles only)
Deadline reminders
Receive automatic reminders before the start of the notice period
Task schedule
You have been assigned to a task
A task that you are the author of has been completed
Receive a daily summary of my tasks for the day
Receive a weekly summary on Monday with my tasks for the coming week
Receive a weekly summary on Friday with my tasks completed during the past week
Set the desired notifications
If you don't want to be alerted for some of these scenarios, you can manage it easily :
Click on your name at the bottom of the left menu then "My account"
Select the "Notifications" tab
Uncheck the notifications you don't want to receive by email
The changes will be saved automatically
