Create custom reports

How to create and find custom reports?

Reports allow you to analyze your contract data using dynamic charts.

You can create them from Filtered views or directly from the Reports tab.

Access the Reports tab

  • Click on Reports in the side menu.

  • Select:

    • The scope (All contracts or Signed contracts)

    • The contract type

    • The analysis period (e.g. Since the beginning, Last 3 months, etc.)

The indicators and charts update automatically.


Create a custom report

From the Reports tab

  • Click on Create a new chart.

  • Configure the chart settings:

    • Chart type: Bar, Line, Pie

    • X-axis: analyzed field (e.g. Creation date)

    • Time grouping: Day, Month, Year

    • Y-axis: number of contracts

    • Advanced grouping: negotiation stage, contract type, owner, counterparty

  • Click Save view.

You can also print the displayed view from the Reports tab by clicking Print in the top right corner.

From the Filtered views tab

  • Open Filtered views.

  • Apply the desired filters.

  • Select Chart.

  • Adjust the display settings.

  • Name and save the view.

Time grouping

  • Day

  • Week

  • Month

  • Quarter

  • Year

Advanced grouping criteria

  • Negotiation stage

  • Template

  • Creator

  • Internal contact

  • Owner

  • Counterparty


Examples of useful reports

Track the evolution of signed contracts by template and year

Chart: Line

X-axis: Signature date (by year)

Y-axis: Grouped by template

Analyze contract distribution by counterparty

Chart: Pie

Group by: Counterparty

Identify upcoming NDA renewal periods by counterparty

Filter: Template = Confidentiality Bilateral

Chart: Bar

X-axis: End date

Y-axis: Grouped by counterparty


Find a saved report

Saved charts are available in the Filtered views tab.

You can edit them at any time by adjusting filters or chart settings. Don't forget to save changes.
