Automate the addition of participants to projects

How to set default participants for all projects created from a template?

Add Participants

You can always edit these participants directly within each project.

  • Open the relevant template.

  • Go to the "Participants" tab on the right side of the screen.

  • Click on the "Add a participant" button in the Participants section.

To add a collaborator as a participant, they must be a member of your organization in Tomorro.

  • Select groups or members from the suggestions, or use the search bar to find specific names.

You can add as many groups/members as you like, at any time.

Add conditions to default participants

You can define conditions to add participants only to specific projects (e.g., based on geographic location, department, etc.).

  • Next to each participant, click "Add a condition".

  • Choose an existing condition or create a new one.

  • You can modify or delete a condition at any time.

When a project is created from this template, participants will be automatically added according to the defined conditions. You’ll simply need to fill in the required fields during project generation to activate these conditions.

Remove a Participant or a Condition

To remove a participant or a condition, click on the three dots next to their name and select "Remove member" or "Remove condition".
