How to add your collaborators to the project ?

Work as a team on a contract: add your collaborators to participate, review clauses, or stay informed about activities related to the project.

Add a collaborator to a project

Prerequisite: in order to add a collaborator as a project participant, they must be members of your organization on Tomorro.

If not, please reach out to your account administrator.

To add a member to the contract :

  • Open a project

  • Click on the "Participants" icon

  • Click on + Add a participant

  • A list of all members will appear

  • Select the member of your choice

You can add as many participants as needed.

Good to know

  • Members added to the project will be notified that they have been added to the project and of project activities.

  • They will have access to all project features and will be able to edit the content of the project just as you.

  • They will receive reminders about the contract.

  • Only the organization's administrators and the creator/internal contact of the project can add participants to the project.

Automatically add participants when commenting

From now on, when you mention a colleague from your organization in a comment who is not yet part of the project, you'll have the option to add them directly as a participant.

Visually, participants are marked with a checkmark, while other members are not.

Delete a project member

  • Go to the "Participants" tab.

  • Click on the "..." to the right of the participant you want to remove.

  • Click on "Remove from project".

Only administrators or participants can remove others.
