Do you have contract templates in French, English, Spanish, German, etc.?
Would you like your teams to be able to select the template in their preferred language when creating a new contract?
Tomorro makes it easy to manage them all in one place: the template.
Add a new translation
First, go to the "Templates" tab.
Select the template for which you want to add a new language.
At the top of the document, you will find a tab indicating the current language of the template.
To add a new language, click on "+ Add a language".
Choose the language you want to add from the dropdown list.
Choose the basis for your translation
Select one of the following options:
From an existing Word document that you can edit later.
From an automatic translation (including translations of custom fields).
Now, multiple tabs will be displayed, each corresponding to a language, allowing you to switch between them and configure them as needed.
Each document version/language is independent.
However, procedures and settings (archiving, summary sheet, assignment, editing rights) remain the same for all versions/languages of your template.
Edit or delete a version
Click on a language tab within a template.
Click on "...".
Choose the desired option:
Settings: You can change the language of the version. Click "Save" to confirm.
Delete Version: This option removes the selected version. Click "Delete document" to confirm the deletion.
Any deletion of a version is final and irreversible.
