Advantages of using fields in a template
Fields are variables that you can insert into your documents to track data and metrics in your contracts.
By inserting them into your templates, you gain efficiency and autonomy:
Simplified Process: Fields automatically create a form to be filled out, making the work of operational teams easier.
Clarity for External Parties: When sending a document, the external party knows exactly what information to complete.
Control Gain: The legal team maintains better control over the information entered, while reducing errors.
Automatic Tracking: After the contract is signed, the field values are automatically tracked, eliminating manual entry of key contract details.
