Quickly identify an amendment or a contract with amendments directly from the repository.
Access the contract library
Search for your contract: An arrow will indicate the total number of amendments linked to each contract.
Check the amendments: Amendments will appear next to the initial contract for quick viewing, and within related contracts if you click on the contract.
Visualize within the contract
See your amendments directly on your contract timeline.
Open your contract
Check the timeline: Amendments will be displayed on the timeline, making it easy to track changes.
If no start date is indicated on the amendment, it cannot be placed on the timeline.
Update amendment data
Updating an amendment's data in the summary sheet will not automatically update the data of the initial contract.
A message will be displayed in case of inconsistencies between the initial contract data and the amendment data.
