If your organisation has chosen to use SAML SSO to log in to Tomorro, follow the steps below:
Go to the Tomorro login page: https://app.tomorro.com/login.
Select the "Sign in with SAML SSO" option.
Enter your email address
Click on "Log in with SAML SSO"
Using the right login method
If your organisation uses SAML SSO, the Sign in with Google button remains visible on the login page but does not work.
⚠️ If you click on Sign in with Google, an error message will appear. This is not a bug: your organisation requires login via SAML SSO only.
Always use the Sign in with SAML SSO button to access Tomorro.
Resetting your password with SAML SSO
If your organisation uses SAML SSO, password reset via Tomorro is not available.
Your credentials are managed by your identity provider (IdP). Contact your system administrator for any questions related to your password.
